Appellate Brief Crunch Time

It's appellate brief crunch time, which is why I haven't been posting.  It's my spring break right now, and I'm at home trying to balance work on my brief and time with my family.  My mom is doing a lot of work on redecorating our house, so I've spend most of the days out shopping with her, and I work on my brief when I get back. I hope to finish re-writing the first half of it tonight.  Tomorrow I go back to Fayetteville, where I can print out all the cases I need to outline and write the second part, and then finish all my intro stuff over the weekend. 

That's the hope at least.
