Con Law

I came.

I spouted Constitutional Law.

Who knows what my grade will be.

That's one class down for the summer. I feel so relieved that constitutional law is over. I enjoyed it, but it was a tough class. Should you care to know anything about due process and equal protection, now is the time to ask. Maybe you'd like to know the difference between Article 4's privileges and immunities clause and the 14th Amendment's privileges and immunities clause. Or about your right to travel? Or that education is not a fundamental right? Or what governmental interests justify affirmative action?

See? It's actually very interesting stuff. I bet I could definitely liven up a party with my con law knowledge.
All joking aside, it really is entertaining (minus the section on milk cases) but very time-consuming to understand. My next class starts on Monday, and then I get to have Evidence for the next 5 weeks. Then, the day of the final, I run back home for Katie's wedding stuff, spend the day after her wedding in my car, and then the next 5 days on vacation!

I'm so excited about my plans for after the Evidence final that I'm going to have a horrible time concentrating on class. Thankfully, this book is the smallest book I've had yet in law school. And then I opened it, and saw that it has huge print, and that it is more of a rule-book than a casebook. I think I might be able to make it through this class after all.
