Dentist
I have 2 and a half cavities. I've never had this many, so it's kind of depressing. One of them I knew about, and I suspected the other one. The "half" is where one of my fillings needs to be fixed. My dentist was shocked, but said it's caused from too much sugar at late-night study sessions, something he remembers well from dental school. I guess I'm not surprised, considering I have never consumed as much Dr. Pepper in my life as I do now to get through my reading, and my diet has been lacking in vegetables (due to my reliance on Geoff to cook...and he has no idea as to what constitutes a vegetable). I don't make New Year's resolutions, but I was already going to try to drink more water next semester and eat more vegetables, so I guess this is extra incentive. And imagine...with the amount I exercise, I might actually lose a little weight instead of maintaining if I eat more healthy foods.

Congrats! You should check out my food blog. I'm going to start posting more tips on eating more veggies (since it's something I am going to do, as well). Remember that beans are a vegetable (and one of the most nutrient packed vegetables!) So even if he doesn't know how to do squash or yams or Brussels sprouts, he can always do a chili or a bean dish. This year will be my "beans and rice" year - we love eating beans and rice - it's way healthy, and way good for your pocketbook, too - especially if you use dry beans (which I will also publish how to cook dry beans, once I figure it out myself!! HAHA)
