The semester is finally over for me, and I'm very glad, because it's been a tough one. It was supposed to be a fun, relaxing semester but that somehow backfired. My classes have been more difficult than expected.
In other news, the kitties are so much bigger. I'm so glad I got them. They're so sweet and silly and loving, and Geoff and I love them to pieces. They have started to cause a little trouble lately with the Christmas decorations. Everything is at Geoff's house this year since I spend so little time in my apartment. My mom bought 2 cute cat ornaments that I knew the kitties would destroy if I put them on the tree. I put them on the mantle instead, but Sally managed to find a way up there (HOW?!?) and knocked my favorite one onto the tile floor in front of the fireplace. Needless to say, it broke. We found most of the pieces and I superglued it back together, but it will never look the same. I'll still keep it for the memory, though. They also love to bat the ball ornaments on the Christmas tree and chew on the lights. Geoff's mom brought up a tiny little nativity set that she made years ago. Every time we walk in the room, Joseph has been knocked over. I have no clue why the kitties have it out for him.
I'll post some pictures of Ming and Sally later. For now, I'm going to do some cleaning and start packing for my trip home tomorrow.
